The Jessamine County Master Commissioner provides this information in order to comply with the orders of the Jessamine County Circuit Court.  This includes conducting sales of property to satisfy liens, mortgages, or claims of ownership.  Possession of the real property will be given to the purchaser upon confirmation of the report of sale by the Jessamine Circuit Court, delivery of a Commissioner's Deed to the purchaser, and full payment of the purchase price plus interest if applicable.

The Jessamine County Master Commissioner holds the philosophy that the purchase price of any property sold at a judicial sale should be the highest and best possible.  The widest possible dissemination of this information regarding properties to be sold is consistent with that philosophy.    The public is invited to attend these sales.
